All rates include up to 4 people. Each additional person is $10/day or $50/week.

Add 10% sales and occupancy tax to all rates.

2 night minimum stay, except between June 15 and August 15, when the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Reservations can be made only by telephone, not by email.

A deposit of one-half of the rent is required to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 30 days before the reserved dates or if we are able to rent the cottage to another party for the entire period of your reservation.

Smoking is permitted only on the porch (not inside the cottage).

Sorry, no pets.
